Role & responsibilities
1. Manage end to end warehousing Process Inbound, Putaway, Storage, Picking, Shipment and Delivery confirmation
2. Manage Vendors Survey of Vendors, Onboarding, Performance evaluation, and Vendor development
3. Manage Warehouse facilities – Ensure Safety and Security, Hygiene of all the facilities are maintained
4. Manage Proactive & Reactive Maintenance – Ensure maintenance of all the assets
5. Manage Human Resources – Manage Pickers and Loaders to get the required efficiency
6. Manage Freight & Operating cost – Ensure every element of operating costs are within the target.
