We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately for the Customer / Technical Support role - Chennai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer handling - Translate technical terms into simple, actionable steps for non-technical users.

Assist users via inbound voice calls, live web chat, or e-mail.

Processing requests: Handle product returns, exchanges, refunds, and account updates.

Skills Required:

Candidate must have excellent communication skills,

Freshers &candidates; withe 6 months+ experience can apply

Should hold basic technical skills like troubleshoot, Wi-Fi connection

Candidate must have the ability to learn new things

And should be adaptable with shifts (Predominantly night shift)

Clear verbal and written proficiency paired with active listening and patience.

*CTC varies based on the experience
