ob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop & Network Engineer (L2) to manage and support end-user computing, network infrastructure, and IT systems. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in desktop support, networking, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues.
- Trouble Shoot All Types of Antivirus (SOPHOS / Sequarite / Acronis)
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, Network Printers (All In One) and Basic firewall configurations.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft O365, and user access management.
- Monitor system performance, perform updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure IT security compliance, patch management,



and endpoint protection.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and provide technical support to employees. & responsibilities

Required Skills:
