Responsibilities

- Strong consulting capability in workforce advisory engagements, with the ability to analyze organizational and workforce-related challenges. Proficient in gathering, structuring, and interpreting data to support evidence-based recommendations and client deliverables. Experienced in developing explicit presentations, reports, and solution documents tailored to workforce advisory needs. Able to apply structured problem-solving and project execution techniques within consulting assignments. Familiarity with core workforce planning, organizational design,



or HR advisory concepts is preferred for effective delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
- Bachelor of Commerce

Experience
- Data Analysis (2+ years)
