Role & responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, briefs, and expectations and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, Content, Social Media, Design, Development, and other teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and share project timelines, deliverable schedules, and status updates with clients.
- Follow up with internal teams on deliverables, feedback, revisions, and pending tasks.
- Manage client feedback and ensure it is accurately communicated and implemented.
- Conduct regular client calls/meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
- Handle day-to-day client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Prepare performance reports, presentations, and regular project updates as required.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before submission.




- Coordinate with management and internal teams to address escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, additional services, and upselling where relevant.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, PPC, Website Development, and Online Reputation Management.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned accounts.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle client escalations professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with project management tools.
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
