Job Description:-
Location :- Thane
- Shall be responsible for coordinating litigation matters which includes matters pertaining to Consumer Court matters, FSSAI matters, Legal Metrology matters, Civil matters, Essential Commodities matters, IPR matters etc.
- Support in Drafting and/or vetting of written statements, replies, evidences, written arguments, complaints, petitions, affidavits, appeals, applications etc.;
- Ensuring and protecting the legal interest of the organization by ensuring proper management of litigation portfolio and minimizing risk of the organization;
- Knowledge of FSSAI Act, Legal Metrology Act, Consumer Laws, Intellectual property laws, Criminal Laws etc
- Keeping track of litigation matters, maintain MIS and reporting thereof:
- Manage any other assignments been assigned by the functional head /reporting manager.
