Role & responsibilities

- Planning, assigning and monitoring of day-to-day bioanalytical activities.
- Responsible for developing cost-effective quality methods for estimation of various drugs and metabolites in biological matrices.
- Provide guidance to team on Method development, Method validation, and Study Sample analysis as per recent regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for verification and identification of raw data and chromatograms generated, repeats, reinjections and reintegration.
- Ensure compliance with relevant current regulations (GLP and GCP) and reporting of the lab activities.
- Responsible for the prepare/revise/review SOPs and Bioanalytical method SOPs any and conducting training of team members.
- Responsible for the operation, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipments and verification of respective documents.
- Handling of Watson LIMS software to manage bioanalytical data and workflows from sample receipt to data reporting.
