Role Summary

We are looking for a Qlik Replicate Developer to design, develop, optimize, and support enterprise data replication and integration solutions. The role is hands-on and focuses on building secure, scalable, and reliable data ingestion pipelines across heterogeneous on-premise and cloud systems, while supporting data warehouse, BI, DataMart, and application environments. The developer will work with architects, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery, performance, governance, and operational stability in line with TCS delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain data replication and integration workflows using Qlik Replicate across on-premise and cloud systems.
- Implement and optimize ETL / ELT processes for data integration, transformation, and loading into enterprise data warehouses.
- Configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot Qlik Replicate tasks to ensure data quality, integrity, and pipeline performance.
- Support real-time data replication and Change Data Capture (CDC) use cases with minimal downtime and accurate data movement.
- Collaborate with data architects, data engineers, BI teams, and analysts to maintain robust data warehousing solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve data replication, connectivity, latency, and performance issues in production and non-production environments.
- Lead tuning of ETL processes, database queries, and data pipelines to improve throughput, scalability, and reliability.
- Monitor Data Warehouse usage to identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering replication processes, configurations, dependencies, and data lineage.
- Contribute to functional specifications, design reviews, and implementation reviews for data integration solutions.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, compliance, and operational controls.




- Support incident resolution and change requests while following standard ITIL-aligned delivery processes.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices on Qlik Replicate, CDC, and data engineering delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, or Analytics platform delivery.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate for data replication, ingestion, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Qlik Replicate configuration, endpoint setup, task management, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ETL / ELT development and data pipeline implementation.
- Proven experience designing or supporting data warehousing solutions such as Oracle Data Warehouse, SQL Data Warehouse, Amazon Redshift, or similar platforms.
- Robust SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts including star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modeling, and data mart design.
- Experience supporting batch, near real-time, or real-time ingestion patterns.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in Agile delivery models and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

- Experience implementing CDC-based replication patterns and near real-time data synchronization.
- Exposure to cloud data services on AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with QlikView, OBIEE, Power BI, or similar BI / visualization tools.
- Exposure to big data or streaming technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Knowledge of automation or scripting using Python or Shell.
- Exposure to DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes for data engineering environments.
- Experience in data migration, modernization, or large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
