Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive MIS to manage reporting, data analysis, and MIS dashboards for business operations. The role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and circulate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review
- Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple departments/sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports
- Analyze data trends and highlight key insights, gaps, and anomalies
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reported data
- Automate reports and improve existing MIS processes for efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requirements and clarifications
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from management




- Maintain documentation of MIS processes and reporting formats

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query preferred)
- Working knowledge of MIS reporting tools and dashboarding (Power BI / Tableau is a plus)
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Good communication skills for coordination across teams
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, IT, or related field

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or similar role
