- This is a high-impact leadership role partnering closely with India business leadership and the Global HR Director (overseas) in a rapid-paced, performance-driven environment.

Role Overview:

You will lead the end-to-end HR function for India, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership while aligning local execution with global people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Workforce planning, organizational design, and capability building

- Leveraging HR analytics to drive insights and business decisions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of progressive HR experience in senior HRBP / Head HR roles
- Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 institute
- Mandatory experience in shipping / maritime companies
- Experience in complex, global organizations
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws with global HR exposure
- Proven experience in building and scaling HR frameworks
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and hands-on leader
