Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee records, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Manage and co-ordinate with payroll team for employee documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate background verification and joining formalities.
- Support employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.




- Ensure timely completion of HR processes and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in compliance-related activities and HR audits.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
- Support other HR activities and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Masters in (MBA/MSW) Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR operations or HR administration is preferred.

CTC: up to 4 lakhs.
