Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
- 5-8 years in industrial painting of Boiler Pressure Parts, Pressure Vessels, Heavy Engineering or Process Equipment.
- Experience in blasting, coating application, inspection and customer specifications.
- Knowledge of ISO, SSPC, NACE standards preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute painting activities.
• Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application.
• Monitor DFT, WFT, curing and adhesion.
• Reduce paint consumption, rework and defects.
• Maintain painting equipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning and Dispatch.
• Maintain records and KPIs.
• Ensure Safety,



Setting and Quality compliance.
• Drive Lean, TPM, 5S and Continuous Improvement.
