Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, sales hiring, or talent acquisition in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Proven track record of successful lateral hires or volume hiring campaigns.
- Solid understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and techniques (e.g., headhunting).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
