Role & responsibilities:

1.Fleet Policy Management: Procure, renew, and manage comprehensive insurance policies specifically for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).

2.Claims Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the end-to-end claims process for vehicle accidents, machinery breakdowns, fires, and operational damage from the initial incident report to final payout collection.

3.Endorsements & Fleet Tracking: Process immediate policy endorsements (additions, deletions, and modifications) for newly purchased machinery or decommissioned fleet vehicles to maintain accurate risk lists.

4.Salvage & Disposals: Manage the legal disposal and insurance settlement of total-loss vehicles, ensuring maximum salvage value recovery from insurers.

5.No-Claim Bonus (NCB) Tracking: Monitor and optimize Fleet No-Claim Bonuses through careful tracking of vehicle accident histories and safety records.

Preferred candidate profile:

1.HEMM & Commercial Fleet Expertise: Direct knowledge of commercial vehicle insurance policies, plant and machinery endorsements, and transit risk clauses.

2.Robust Negotiation: Proven track record of challenging unfair claim rejections or low valuations from insurance adjusters
