Job Description

Reporting to the Payer Relations Manager, Payer Relation Associate will Expand MAT s Global stakeholder network and recruitment of payers and payer advisors

Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategies for Global Payer Recruitment, including specified archetypes, categorization, engagement, and growing MAT s network

Achieve 100% of a personal payer recruitment target
- Undertaking of Marketing campaigns to include email blasts, social media programs, blogging, and other grassroots outreach programs

Contribute to Conference / Congress strategy
- Management of customer relations management (CRM) system including ability to utilize CRM to automate marketing outreach programs

- Potential within 2 year for role to expand from individual contributor to line management responsibility including inside /outside payer relations individuals





Experience and Expertise

3+ years Business Development and Marketing Experience of a technology and/or product based offering

- 2+ years experience in Pricing/Market Access and/or Health Economic related disciplines within consultancy and/ or biopharmaceutical or medical device firm

- Deep understanding Global health care payer systems and Health Technology Assessments including experience conducting emerging markets projects

Advanced Account Management, Business Development or Executive Sales skills

Marketing /promotional execution experience

Experience working with / utilizing portals for communication and market research purposes preferred

Experience in startup atmosphere

Demonstrable team-building / leadership skills and ability to inspire
