Key Responsibilites:

Handle daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations of payment gateway transactions.

Monitor merchant settlements, nodal account transactions, and bank reconciliations.

Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.

Verify transaction accuracy and investigate discrepancies.

Manage treasury operations including fund flow monitoring and liquidity planning.

Process and oversee vendor payments ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.

Prepare and manage customer/vendor invoicing and related documentation.

Liaise with banking partners for funding requests, account operations, and financial coordination.

Monitor bank balances and support daily cash management activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for payment approvals and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and banking procedures





Required Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Understanding of payment systems, banking, or FinTech concepts is preferred

Preferred Skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work with large transaction data

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.)

Basic understanding of RBI Payment Aggregator regulations is an advantage
