Pacific Laminates is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance & Accounts team at Pardi GIDC, Valsad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of finance, accounting, internal audit, costing, MIS and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular internal audits and review financial and operational processes.
- Perform costing and analyze product/job-wise profitability.
- Prepare and analyze weekly MIS reports for management.
- Handle Debtors and Creditors reconciliation, confirmations and ageing analysis.
- Monitor outstanding payments and credit periods.
- Review expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow and fund requirements.
- Prepare financial and ratio analysis reports for management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and fund planning.
- Monitor current assets and current liabilities.
- Assist with CMA data, MPBF calculations and bank-related financial requirements.
- Review books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Monitor stock,



dead stock and inventory-related financial information.
- Assist in taxation, Advance Income Tax and other financial compliance activities.
- Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual costs.
- Prepare financial and budget reports for management review.
- Handle other activities related to internal audit, finance and accounts as required.

Candidate Profile:

- CA / CMA / ICWA qualified or semi-qualified candidate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, costing and internal audit.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of MIS, financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an advantage.
