Preferred Skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MIS Reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple recruitment platforms
- Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate in-person interviews
- Create and manage job postings across various job portals




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and interview schedules
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports and Excel trackers
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions

Walk-in Drive Details

Walk-ins are conducted throughout the month
(Except Bank Holidays, 2nd & 4th Saturdays, and Sundays)
