- Monitor Critical Process Parameters
- Preparation of process P&ID;'S, Process Flow Diagrams
- Equipment Mapping for site transfer and tech transfer products
- Calculate the mass & Energy balances for product
- Identification of risks & hazards environmental aspects and evaluation and review the same through HAZOP or Risk Assessment Study
- Lead the Scaleup batches monitoring round the clock and ensure effective hands on training to the operating team
