Role & responsibilities
- Assist in receiving and issuing materials as per requirements.
- Check incoming materials against PO, invoice and quantity.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory.
- Support material storage and proper identification of items.
- Update material receipts/issues in ERP or Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Quality teams.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S and safety practices.
- Support stock reconciliation and avoid material shortages.
- Prepare basic stores reports and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Male Candidates Preferred
Diploma in electrical or mechanical or instrumentation or plastics only
