Role & Responsibilities

- Build and expand CADLECs offline Distributor & Dealer network, starting with Delhi NCR.
- Identify, appoint and develop Distributors, Dealers, Retailers and Channel Partners to generate consistent offline business.
- Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new OEM/ODM, Private Label and B2B business from brands, distributors and institutional customers.
- Manage the complete business cycle from lead generation, meetings and product discussions to quotation, negotiation, order conversion and repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits and develop strong long-term relationships with distributors, dealers and B2B clients.
- Identify new territories and opportunities for offline expansion and OEM/ODM orders.
- Track competitor products, pricing, margins, schemes and market trends.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and prepare weekly/monthly sales MIS & forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, product development, production and timely order execution.
- Take complete ownership of new business development,



order generation and account growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Home & Kitchen Appliances / Consumer Durables is mandatory.
- Strong product knowledge of categories such as Induction Cooktops, Mixer Grinders, Gas Stoves, Electric Kettles, Air Fryers, OTG Ovens, Kitchen Chimneys, Ceiling Fans, Air Coolers and Washing Machines.
- Existing Distributor/Dealer network in Delhi NCR will be highly preferred.
- Proven experience in Distributor Appointment, Dealer Development, Channel Sales and Offline Business Expansion.
- Experience in OEM/ODM, Private Label or B2B Sales will be a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Must be field-oriented, target-driven and capable of independently generating and closing business.
