- Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure efficient processing of personal loan applications.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, including reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored lending solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while making lending decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-13 years of experience in credit underwriting or related field (NBFC).
- Robust knowledge of personal loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other types of secured loans.
- Proficiency in using laptops for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
