- Manage employee data, including updates to personal information, benefits, and tax withholdings.
- Analyze payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays or errors.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in US payroll processing.
- Solid understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws governing wages and hours worked.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
