Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform SMT (Surface Mount Technology) maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and repair of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Conduct pick-and-place operations using automated systems to assemble electronic components onto PCBs.
- Troubleshoot issues with reflow ovens and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to SMT processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing setting with expertise in SMT processes.
- Strong understanding of printing, pick-and-place, reflow, and SPI techniques used in electronics assembly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
