Role & responsibilities
Manage daily hotel operation across, front office, housekeeping, pantry, F&B;, security and maintenance.
Ensure guest check -in, Check out, biling,room allocation, special request
Coordinate with the kitchen and Terrace cafe'.
Create staff roster, allocate duties
Vendor coordination
Team training
Acts as the face of the property
Preferred candidate profile
3 - 8 years of hotel operation/ front desk handling/ boutique hotel or resort / 3-4 stars property experience preferred
Pleasant personality with robust command on Hindi and English language.
Basic knowledge of computer
