Experience: 13-15+ years in Real Estate / Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 5-6 high-rise residential towers simultaneously.
- Solid experience in RCC and MIVAN construction.
- Manage end-to-end construction execution, planning, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure project completion as per quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
- Residential high-rise project experience is mandatory.
- Candidates who have handled a minimum of 45 high-rise residential towers are only requested to apply.
