Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers through various communication channels (chat, email, etc.).
- Handle international chat process , ensuring excellent customer service.
- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively using problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
- Robust understanding of chat processing, international processes, and non-voice operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as required by the business needs.
