Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ground-level field sales to pitch personal, business, or secured loan products.
- Generate organic leads through cold outreach, direct networking, and client meetings.
- Assist clients with loan applications, documentation, and coordination through to sanctioning.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly loan disbursement targets.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven field sales experience in Loans/BFSI.
