Key Responsibilities

1. Develop product ranges for men’s casual shirts, T-shirts and bottom wear.
2. Prepare detailed tech packs for sampling and bulk production.
3. Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and factories throughout the
4. product development cycle.
5. Manage sample development, fit sessions, comments, corrections, and approvals to achieve
6. the desired product.
7. Coordinate fabric and trims requisitions based on design and production requirements.
8. Follow up regularly on sampling and bulk production to ensure timelines and quality standards
9. are met.
10. Follow up with suppliers for bulk fabric delivery and ensure material availability as per
11. production schedules.
12. Coordinate with factories and conduct factory visits for production monitoring and product
13. execution.
14. Ensure that designs are aligned with brand aesthetics, customer expectations, target costing,
15. MRP, quality standards, and commercial viability.
16. Track the complete product lifecycle from concept design sampling approval bulk
17. production final execution.
