We are hiring Team Lead – Client Services, Order Management for a leading organization.

Role: Team Lead – Client Services, Order Management

Experience: 5+ years
Budget: Up to 11 LPA
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift: Versatile / Rotational shifts, including Night Shifts

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates within 30 days preferred

Interview Process: Assessment + 3 Rounds of Interviews

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Order Management professionals.
- Handle end-to-end order management from entry to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage team capacity, workload distribution and productivity.
- Monitor SLAs, quality and OTD performance and drive corrective actions.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex client/order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate project and order data across internal/client systems.
- Support billing/pre-billing activities and ensure accurate documentation.
- Drive process improvement,



Kaizen and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Conduct regular team reviews, 1:1s and performance discussions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and client-specific requirements.
- Keep the team updated on process changes and ensure timely adoption.
- Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Client Services / Order Management.
- Prior team-handling/leadership experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in order management and processing.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong escalation management and problem-solving abilities.
- Data and metric-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work night/rotational shifts as per business requirements.
