Job Description Interior Designer / Architect

Industry: Architectural & Interior Design Planning Firm

*About the Company:*

A multidisciplinary architectural and interior design firm working across Interiors, Architecture, VR, Turnkey Projects, Home Automation, Residential & Commercial Construction, Retail Fit-outs, Villa Construction, Hospitality and Office Projects.

Education: B.Arch

*Key Responsibilities: *

* Plan and design residential interior projects from concept to execution.

* Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings and design details.

* Coordinate architectural and interior design requirements.

* Understand and coordinate MEP services Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams.

* Ensure designs are practical, functional and execution-friendly.

* Assist in material selection,



detailing and project documentation.

*Requirements:*

* 5 to 10 years of experience in Residential Architecture / Interior Design.

* Valuable knowledge of space planning and interior designing.

* Understanding of MEP services is essential.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/3D software will be an advantage.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Candidates with site coordination experience preferred.
