Role & responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing and processing Current Car and Pre-Owned Car Loans, managing dealer relationships, supporting customers throughout the loan journey, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business through dealers, DSAs, brokers, and direct customer sourcing.
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships.
- Guide customers on loan products, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
- Collect, verify, and submit KYC and income documents.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Track loan applications and update CRM records.
- Provide post-disbursement support and resolve customer queries.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.




- Sales and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle loans, banking, or NBFC products.
- Target-oriented with good negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

KPIs:

- Loan disbursement achievement.
- Dealer acquisition and engagement.
- Login-to-disbursement turnaround time (TAT).
- Portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
