Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads, client meetings, and site visits.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Handle customer negotiations and drive bookings.
- Monitor team performance, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Strong Coordination with the developer and clients.
- Ensure proper CRM updates and daily sales reporting.
- Achieve individual and team sales/revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales,



developer or mandate project
- Experience in Premium/Luxury Residential Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong follow-up and conversion ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
- Candidates from Developer Sales, Channel Partner, Premium Residential, or Luxury Real Estate backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
