We are an authorised all-India sales partner for Thyrocare, India's largest diagnostic lab. This is a permanent work-from-home role no office visits, no relocation, open to candidates in any city in India.

This role is 6 days a week, 10 hours a day, on rotational shifts. If that doesn't suit you, this is not the right role and we'd rather you know now.

Shift timings (rotational, assigned as per business requirement):

- 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM 10:00 PM

One weekly off, on a rotational day, communicated in advance. Weekends are working days.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries on call and WhatsApp and convert them into confirmed bookings this is a sales-led support role, not a query-closing desk.
- Understand each customer's requirements in detail and recommend the right health checkup package as per the pre-defined SOPs only.
- Own every customer end to end — from first enquiry to order booking to sample collection to final report delivery. No handoffs, no dropped threads.
- Follow the process exactly as documented. Ask when information is missing rather than assuming.
- Maintain accurate order and customer records.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 year of voice-based customer support or tele sales experience.

- Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to understand what a customer actually needs, not just what they ask for.
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, WhatsApp and email. Positive negotiation skills.
- Own laptop in excellent working condition, wired broadband connection, and power backup covering laptop and router for the full shift.
- A dedicated workspace at home with zero background noise and zero interruptions.

Salary & benefits

- Fixed: 18,000 – 23,000 per month in hand, based on English fluency and relevant experience.
- Monthly performance incentive: up to 10,000.
- Loyalty bonus: 6,000 on completion of every 6 months.
- Realistic earning potential: 25,000 – 30,000 per month.
- Salary credited to your bank account every month.
