- Ensure timely dispatch of products to customers.
- Achieve sales targets as per the business plan.
- Release OEM schedules and forecasts to the plant on time.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly GRN reports.
- Resolve GRN discrepancies and maintain documentation.
- Ensure zero overdue payments and timely collections.
- Raise current customer enquiries to Engineering within SLA.
- Resolve disputed advices within agreed timelines.
- Acknowledge and follow up on disputed advices until closure.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and reporting timelines.
