Role & responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality lectures and conduct tutorials/classes for UG and PG students.
2. Develop innovative course content, teaching-learning materials, case studies and other academic resources.
3. Mentor and supervise UG and PG students in academic, research and project-related activities.
4. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Initiate and strengthen research activities, publications and externally funded research projects.
6. Foster research collaborations with reputed universities, institutions and industry.
7. Develop strong IndustryInstitute Linkages and promote industry-oriented academic initiatives.
8. Promote collaborative research, consultancy, innovation and entrepreneurship.
9. Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, accreditation and other institutional activities.
10. Participate actively in seminars, conferences, workshops, FDPs and other professional and academic activities.

Preferred candidate profile

1.



Should have M.com and Ph.D in commerce with experience as follows.

- Professor: Minimum 15 years of relevant teaching/research/academic experiecnce.
- Associate professor: 10-15 years of relevant teaching/research/academic experience.
- Assistant professor: 02-05 years

2. Strong communication,presentation, mentoring and interpersonal skills.

3. Abiulity to contribute to the development of a new-age School of Commerce with a robust focus on teacbhing, research, industry engagement and enterpreneurship.

4.Evidence of research projects, consultancy, patents filed/granted, conferences, seminars and academic collaboratuions will be an added advantage.

5. Candidates belonging to Odisha and adjacent states are encouraged to apply.

Salary

Commensurate with qualification, experience and position offered. + EPF + GIS + Accommodation + Transport etc.
