The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the end-to-end revenue and cost processes across the company's distribution network. The role will involve managing distributor ledgers, tracking bond-to-bond and RTC (Route to Customer) movements, ensuring accurate revenue and cost accounting, and driving timely closure of claims, schemes, and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in the Alcobev industry, particularly in managing multiple clients/distributors and high-volume transactions.

Role & responsibilities:

- Manage RevenueCost Cards and monitor product-wise margins and cost variances.
- Handle Bond-to-Bond transactions and RTC (Route to Customer) processes.
- Manage and reconcile multiple distributor/client ledgers.
- Track and ensure timely closure of claims,



schemes, discounts, and incentives.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of sales, stock, revenue, and costs.
- Prepare distributor/client-wise MIS and highlight discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and distributors for timely resolution of issues.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 3-9 years of experience in Cost Control / Commercial Finance / Accounts, preferably in the Alcobev industry.
- Must have experience handling multiple clients/distributors and high-volume transactions.
- Strong Excel, reconciliation, analytical, and commercial accounting skills.
