Role & responsibilities

- Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for network-related issues.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and IP-related issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Perform network installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose network connectivity and performance issues and provide timely resolution.
- Monitor network devices using network monitoring tools.
- Handle incident, service request, and problem management as per SLA.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors.
- Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support network security policies, access controls, and firewall configurations.
- Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
