About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager - Execution to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have experience in PEB, Civil Construction, MEP, residential or commercial projects and be capable of independently coordinating teams and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and execute up to 2-3 projects simultaneously .
- Coordinate project execution from initiation to completion.
- Manage site teams, contractors, vendors, engineers and project personnel.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, cost, quality and safety.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Purchase, Sales and Stores teams.
- Ensure coordination across Civil, PEB, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and MEP activities.
- Identify project issues, delays and risks and take corrective actions.
- Handle client coordination and provide regular project updates.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports and site documentation.




- Monitor material requirements and contractor performance.
- Conduct project review meetings and support project handover/closure.

Eligibility
