Role & responsibilities

- Manage and supervise end-to-end civil execution activities for high-rise commercial projects.
- Plan and monitor day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure execution as per approved details.

- Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure required standards are maintained.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, line, level, alignment and other activities before concreting.
- Prepare and review Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and monitor actual progress against planned targets.
- Monitor material requirements, availability and utilization at site.
- Coordinate with the planning team for project schedules and execution targets.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer Execution with 810 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building construction. The candidate should have solid exposure to commercial projects and be capable of independently handling site execution, contractor coordination, manpower management, quality control, and project timelines.
