- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay updated on talent demands.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in BPO recruitment or non-IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of sales hiring, lateral hiring, volume hiring, and mass recruitment processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
