6. Job Summary:
The Field Service Department is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repair of solar systems and related equipment at customer sites
while ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
7. Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission solar systems and related equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Attend service calls and customer complaints.
¢ Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports.
¢ Ensure proper functioning of installed systems.




¢ Follow company safety standards during field work.
¢ Coordinate with customers and internal departments.
¢ Maintain service tools and equipment.
¢ Perform other field service-related tasks assigned by management.
8. Required Qualifications:
Education: ITI / Diploma / B. Tech with minimum 2 years experience
Other Requirements:
¢ Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory)
¢ Own Two-Wheeler Preferred / Mandatory
¢ Willingness to travel to customer sites as per business requirements.
