Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad is looking for experienced and detail-oriented finance professionals to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Role: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
- Handle billing, collections, receivables tracking and outstanding follow-ups.
- Verify and process vendor invoices, payments and supporting documents.
- Perform customer, vendor and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing, payment and accounting issues.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, accounting records and transaction documentation.
- Prepare AR/AP ageing, MIS and other finance reports.
- Support month-end closing, audit requirements and financial documentation.
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within defined timelines.
Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in AR & AP.
- Hands-on experience in receivables, payables, reconciliation and ageing.
- Healthcare/Hospital experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate/short-notice joiners will be preferred.
- Preference: Male candidates with relevant Finance & Accounts experience will be preferred.
