Role & Responsibilities

Perform precision fitting, assembly and alignment of CNC machinery and machine components.

Carry out scraping work to achieve required machine accuracy and alignment.

Install, fit and align LM Rails / Linear Guideways.

Perform Ball Screw assembly, fitting and alignment.

Handle mechanical screw assembly and precision machine assembly.

Conduct machine/component alignment and ensure proper fitting and accuracy.

Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.

Identify and rectify mechanical fitting and assembly-related issues.

Maintain proper quality and accuracy during CNC machine assembly.

Preferred Candidate Profile

ITI Fitter with 45 years of relevant experience in machine building.





Hands-on experience in Scraping is highly preferred.

Practical knowledge of LM Rail / Linear Guideway installation and alignment.

Experience in Ball Screw assembly and alignment.

Valuable hands-on experience in precision fitting, mechanical assembly and machine alignment.

Candidates from CNC machine manufacturing, machine building or precision machinery backgrounds will be preferred.

Candidates with only general maintenance/fitting experience and no CNC machine assembly experience should not be prioritized.
