- Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to fill open positions in the organization.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in human resource recruitment or related field.
- Robust sourcing skills using various methods including job portals, social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact with clients/stakeholders at all levels.
