Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quotations Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the interiors or modular furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project quotations, cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing proposals based on design specifications and client requirements. The role requires strong coordination skills, commercial understanding, and attention to detail to support the sales and project teams in delivering timely and competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals for interior and modular projects.
- Review design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements to generate accurate pricing.
- Coordinate with designers, sales teams, procurement, and project teams to obtain necessary inputs for quotations.
- Calculate material, hardware, accessories, labor, and installation costs.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, vendor rates, and costing sheets.
- Ensure all quotations are prepared and submitted within defined timelines.




- Analyze project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Revise quotations based on client feedback, design modifications, and scope changes.
- Assist the sales team with commercial clarifications and pricing discussions.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, approvals, and project records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in quotation preparation, estimation, or costing within the interiors or modular furniture industry.
- Good understanding of modular furniture components, materials, finishes, hardware, and installation processes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and costing spreadsheets.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and BOQs.
- Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in residential interior projects, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or quotation management software.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project costing principles.
