Process: Semi Voice Process (70% Non voice-30% voice)
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Eligibility & Skills:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in any customer support process.
- Positive oral and written communication and understanding skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- immediate joiners are preferred.
