Key Skills:
- Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
• Experience in CMDB configuration, development, and customization
• Good understanding of CSDM and CMDB data models
• Experience with Discovery, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
• Knowledge of CI relationships, data quality, and CMDB health
• Strong ServiceNow scripting and troubleshooting skills
