Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery and designs.
- Explain jewellery details, diamond characteristics, certification, pricing and other relevant information clearly.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a personalised luxury shopping experience.
- Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups and customer interactions professionally.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of diamond jewellery, new collections and current trends.
- Assist with showroom presentation and ensure jewellery is displayed appropriately.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Handle high-value customer interactions with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred candidate profile

- 14 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail or premium retail sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in diamond or gold jewellery sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Strong ability to understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly.
- Good sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable interacting with premium and high-value customers.
- Willingness to learn about diamonds, jewellery and bespoke designs.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in luxury jewellery may also be considered.
