Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned business targets through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Generate business through leads, references, natural market, and existing customer databases.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand financial protection and investment needs.
- Present suitable life insurance solutions using a need-based selling approach.




- Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after policy issuance.
- Maintain strong customer engagement and long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Update and track activities through lead management systems and reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

- Graduate (10th + 12th + 3-Year Graduation) Mandatory
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
- Passion for sales, relationship building, and customer engagement
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Age preferably below 30 years
